All sales are final

Our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase. Because they cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a file has been delivered. Please read each product description carefully before buying, andask us if anything is unclear.

If something is wrong, we will fix it

We stand behind our products. If you experience any of the following, contact us and we will make it right:

• A file is damaged, corrupted or will not open
• You received the wrong file
• The product is significantly different from its description

Email support@kritdigital.com with your Etsy order number and a short description of the problem. We will send a replacement file or, where appropriate, issue a refund through Etsy.
